If you installed the Android 4.3 firmware for your Galaxy S4 last week and weren't happy with what you found (some users had Wi-Fi issues), or were just waiting for a more stable version to emerge, then we have exactly what you need. A final build version of the S4 firmware has just been leaked by SamMobile. This means this is about as close as its going to get until it rolls out via Kies in the next few weeks. But considering Samsung's staged rollouts, you could be waiting a month or more to get it on your device. Not if you follow out tutorial below though!

According to SamMobile, this is one of the final builds for the S4, which just means nothing major will be included or excluded in future releases, just minor bug fixes and general improvements to security, speed, stability and so on as we near the launch date. But if you want the current best version available, follow the instructions below. And again, just to confirm, this firmware is only for the I9505 model, not the I9500.
Just to confirm even further: flashing ROMs on your smartphone involves inherent risks with which some users aren't comfortable.  If you know what you are doing and follow the instructions below perfectly, you should be fine. There are however always risks involved in tinkering with your device and both myself and AndroidPIT take no responsibility if any damage occurs to your device.
This is done at your own risk and is not an official release from Samsung.
Just to recap, the new Android 4.3 on the Galaxy S4 will feature:
  • Improved stability and fluidity. Android 4.3 is generally faster.
  • Samsung Wallet
  • Samsung Knox (professional tool)
  • Reading Mode (screen control for prolonged reading)
  • More natural colors/better color reproduction
  • More accurate display

Install Android 4.3 firmware on Samsung Galaxy S4

1. Download the firmware here: Android 4.3 firmware test Samsung i9505 Galaxy S4.

4. Launch Odin.

5. Reboot your Galaxy S4 in download mode (Volume Up + Power + Home button).

6. Connect your Galaxy S4 via USB cable to your computer and wait for Odin to recognize it. A blue box should then appear (in the program).

7. Add:

8. Make sure that the re-partition box is not checked.

9. Click Start and wait a few minutes until the procedure ends. Do not disconnect your S4, be patient.

10. Once your Galaxy S4 restarts, it's over!
As usual, if you have any concerns at startup, perform a wipe data/factory reset in recovery mode (Volume Down + Power + Home button).
